"Siamo di fronte ad una catastrofe umanitaria senza precedenti. Gli ospedali sono al collasso, non c'è acqua, non c'è pane. Le persone che sopravvivono ai bombardamenti, rischiano di morire di fame. Bevono acqua di mare, acqua che viene filtrata a cui viene aggiunta acqua distillata. E gli aiuti non sono sufficienti. Sono arrivati circa 600 camion, un numero che solitamente arriva in una giornata normale". Lo dice Jacopo Intini, operatore che dal 2019 lavora per una Ong a Gaza, capo missione Ciss in Palestina, a margine della conferenza stampa organizzata alla Camera dei deputati, promossa dall'associazione delle organizzazioni italiane di cooperazione e solidarietà internazionale (Aoi), da Gazzella Onlus e da Assopace Palestina.
